SHIPPING INFORMATION:
-Orders of more than $150 ship absolutely FREE! (USA ONLY)
-Items are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Some larger orders may be shipped UPS ground.
-International orders have the choice of Global Express, Global Priority or First Class International. First Class International is less expensive but cannot be insured or tracked. *IF YOU CHOOSE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. International Express Mail service is not guaranteed as we cannot control any delays caused customs or other security measures.
-Our standard expedited shipping is USPS Express Mail. Express Mail is overnight to most areas in the United States, but may be as much as two business days in outlying areas. If it absolutely, positively needs to get there overnight please call us to confirm. We may have to use another service and some other fees will apply. Call us toll Free: 866-862-5233.
Also, if an Express order is made on a Friday afternoon and it is a 3 day weekend and your location is a 2 day Express area it would be Wednesday of the next week. -Back ordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped. You will not be charged in advance unless there are special circumstances AND we have your consent.
-Special order items must be paid for in full in advance and cannot be returned.
-Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will refund your money less shipping charges. We will not pay for shipping charges under any circumstance. *Return items must be in perfect resalable condition with all original paperwork and packaging.
