This is a new item from EKA! It is a very fine culinary paring knife made in Sweden by EKA.
This knife is made from Sandvik 12c27 steel. This is one of our favorite steels. It is a proprietary Swedish steel developed for surgical purposes. It has a lot of carbon like the old carbon steel kitchen knives many of us love, but has a stain resistant aspect.
This knife comes gift boxed.
