This knife features a handle made from a solid piece of Masur Birch . Using a new, patented technique EKA compresses the wood to double density and then stabilizes the wood. This makes for an incredibly strong, light and warm handle.
The blade is Sandvik 12C27 Swedish stainless steel and is razor sharp. The steel is hardened to RC 58-59 on the Rockwell scale. This nice knife measures 4" in the closed position.
