U Cumpa means “The fellow” in Corsican. Fontenille-Pataud has created this knife with the Zuria brothers (Knife makers in Bonifacio-Corsica) a knife which mixes high-tech and traditional handcrafting methods.
It is a slim knife with easy one hand opening and a liner lock which is integral to the knife
Liner & blade 2.50 mm thick. Satisfying sound when opened & folded. Hardened detent ball to keep the blade shut. Blade is rotating on Teflon washer.
It has an olive wood handle.
