This is a very fine large chefs knife hand made in Thiers, France by the craftsmen of Coutellerie Chambriard.
This large knife feature a razor sharp Sandvik 12c27 stainless steel blade, solid steel bolsters, boxwood handles and classic Thiers (T.) stamp on the back of the bolster.
The blade design keeps your fingers up and away from the cutting board. The knife is well balanced and keeps an excellent edge.
Included is a nice leather blade cover to keep the edge protected when not in use.
This is a very high quality knife that will make any gourmet happy!
