This knife is produced with Hattori original Cowry X Damascus steel. Cowry X core cutting edge forged with 121 layered Nickel and 420J1 stainless (Total 61 layers). The Cowery-X is a newly developed powedered metal alloy of 2.0% chrome and 3.0% carton that can be hardened to HRC 65-68.
African Ebony wood handle with brass hilt and butt.
