We got a very cool stash of of genuine antique blade blanks from the now defunct Herders company. We have verified the age of these blades by the trademark.

This knife is stainless steel. Stainless steel began to be used commercially between 1900-1915. Inoxidable is Spanish for stainless. So, these blades would have been produced for one of the Spanish speaking countries.
