This is a very fine knife hand-made in Solingen, Germany by the craftsmen of Hubertus. This type of knife is called a Hunter's Short Sword and was widely used throughout Germany.
This is a very high quality piece measuring 14 3/4" in total length with a 10" double sided blade. The blade has beautiful etching with real gold onlay.
The pommel and acorn guard are German silver. The handle is Sambar deer stag.
This sword comes with a very fine green leather scabbard.
