This knife features a olive wood handle, hardened steel blade designed to make an accurate cut at the stem of the mushroom in order not to disturb the mycelium.
The back of the blade is serrated for scraping dirt off the stem without risking damage to the mushroom. The Mico 1 also has a real bristle brush for gentle cleaning of the mushroom. Tweezers and a metric scale are also included.
This is a beautiful knife and would make a great gift for a mushroom collecting friend or family member!
