The Ulu is a very effective cutting tool which was (and still is) used by the native Alaskan people for hundreds of years. These versatile knives were used for skinning and dressing game and fish and other every day tasks.
The Roselli Ulu is made from their famous high carbon steel and uses a fine curly birch wood handle. The massive blade measures 7 1/2" across and 3 1/2" deep. The blade is sharp enough to shave the hair off your arm!
