This is a wonderful knife handmade in Finland by Heimo Roselli. It is specially designed to use for the preperation of garlic.
The handle is made from a choice piece of Arctic Curly Birch which has been kiln dried.
This beautiful little knife measures 5 1/2" in total length with a razor sharp 1 1/8" carbon steel blade.
The knife comes with a wooden chopping block and sheath.
This is a knife that will treasured for a lifetime!
