-FREE SHIPPING: Orders of more than $99.95 ship absolutely FREE! (USA ONLY)
-PAY PAL PAYMENTS: We can only ship to the address associated to your Pay Pal account.
-SHIPPING SERVICES: Items are shipped Via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Some larger orders may be shipped UPS ground in order to save our customers money. Fedex is possible upon request under special circumstances. Please call.
-EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Our standard expedited shipping is USPS Express Mail. Express Mail is overnight to most areas in the United States, but may be as much as two business days in outlying areas. If it absolutely, positively needs to get there overnight please call us to confirm. We may have to use another service and some other fees will apply. Call us toll Free: 866-862-5233.
Also, if an Express order is made on a Friday afternoon and it is a 3 day weekend and your location is a 2 day Express area it would be Wednesday of the next week. BACK ORDER POLICY: Back ordered items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped. You will not be charged in advance unless there are special circumstances AND we have your consent.
-SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: We think it is important to honor our customers request for items that are not listed on our website, but that we can get from one of our many suppliers around the world. Special order items must be paid for prior to the order being finalized. We do our best to get the item in quickly, but there may be a delay of several weeks depending on when we are making the order and what country it is coming from. Special order items cannot be returned.
-RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will refund your money less shipping charges. We will not pay for return shipping charges under any circumstance. *Return items must be in perfect resalable condition with all original paperwork and packaging.
-ORDERS TO SECONDARY ADDRESSES: We reserve the right to decline orders that are shipped to an address that is not the billing address associated with the buyers credit card. You will be notified and given the option to have the item shipped to your billing address so you can forward yourself. Please call ahead with any question.
-INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders have the choice of Global Express, Global Priority or First Class International.
-IMPORTANT: First Class International cannot be insured or tracked. *IF YOU CHOOSE FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
-INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: International Express Mail service does not have a time guarantee due to customs. We cannot control any delays caused customs or other security measures. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
